Jason is a director of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A.  His practice is focused in the areas of business/corporate law, health care law, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, and real estate law.

Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing from Miami University and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. 

Jason currently chairs the firm’s Associate Development Committee and is a co-chair of the Recruiting Committee.  Jason is also active in the community, serving on the board of the Canton Chamber of Commerce and on the board of Quest Foundation.  He is also a member of the Lake Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the 20th Class of Leadership Stark County.  Jason is a member of the Stark County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.  Jason has been recognized as an “Ohio Rising Star” (2009 & 2010) by Cincinnati Magazine Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition and superlawyers.com (top lawyers under 40).

Jason, his wife, Natalie, and their two children reside in Uniontown.
