Terry, a native of Canton, Ohio, has served as the Managing Director of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. for the last eight (8) years.  He is currently active in the firm’s corporate, banking, and litigation and health care sections.

Terry attended the University of Cincinnati where he received his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the bar in 1980. He is a graduate of Canton Lehman High School and Youngstown State University, where he graduated with high honors. He was also a three year Academic All-American at Youngstown State University and has been inducted into the University’s Athletic Hall of Fame. 

He is a member of the Stark County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, where he participates in the Corporate, Banking, and Real Property committees.  Terry has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America ® in Mergers and Acquisitions Law and has been selected for inclusion in the Ohio Super Lawyers.

Terry’s practice involves a corporate/business practice representing small and medium size corporations, including health care practices, manufacturing companies, service companies, accounting firms, architectural groups, and engineering firms.  Terry represents a number of financial institutions preparing loan documents and advising lenders with respect to loan restructurings.  In addition, Terry has a sub-specialty in supervising and managing major litigation for clients.  Terry’s clients appreciate his efforts to handle costly litigation for the benefit of the client, and not litigation counsel.  He is currently handling litigation matters for clients throughout the continental United States.

Terry is serving on or has served as a trustee or board member for the Mercy Medical Center Fund Development Board, J. Babe Stearn Community Center, North Canton School Board, KeyBank, Canton City Schools Foundation, Stark Development Board Finance Committee, Canton Country Day School, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Stark County, Building Industry Association of Stark County, Youngstown State University Alumni Board and Hall of Fame Committee.

Terry, his wife Gail, and their children, Erin, Abigail and Christopher, reside in North Canton and attend Christ Presbyterian Church. Terry has served on the Board of Trustees, the Board of Elders, and has served as the Clerk of Session.  He enjoys reading, as well as a variety of athletic activities such as skiing and basketball.
