Owen is a director at Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A.  His practice focuses in the areas of Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Business and Contract Disputes, Construction Law and Appellate Advocacy.  Owen has argued before the Fifth and Ninth District Courts of Appeals.

The East Canton High School graduate received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Hiram College and his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law where he was a member of the law review.  In addition, he authored “Kirsch v. Wisconsin Dept. of Corrections: Will the Supreme Court Say ‘Hands Off’ Again?” (35 Akron L.Rev. 305).

Owen is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Pennsylvania  He is a member of the Stark County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.  In addition, Owen has been named one of "Ohio Rising Stars" 2009 and 2010 by Cincinnati Magazine Ohio Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition and superlawyers.com.
