Dianne has recently joined Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. as a director with her practice focused in the areas of estate planning and business law. She counsels individuals, families and closely held businesses in the areas of:

A Canton native, Dianne received her B.A. degree with honors from Indiana University and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law. Dianne holds the exclusive AV Rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory as designated by her colleagues. She also was selected by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America®, and has been selected to the list of Ohio Super Lawyers® which is published in each January issue of Cincinnati Magazine, and in a special publication, Ohio Super Lawyers®, a joint project of the Publishers of Cincinnati Magazine and Law & Politics magazine.
Dianne is a member of the Ohio State Bar, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar, and Stark County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio; the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit.
Dianne resides in Canton with her husband and two children; and is active in the community participating in the following professional & civic organizations:
