• Real Estate Investors, Owners and Developers:   Negotiates matters relating to larger commercial properties, including acquisitions, sales and development.  Offers experienced perspective on various aspects of commercial leases, tax valuations and dispute resolution.  
• Banks and Borrowers:   Represents local financial institutions with their real estate lending and loan restructuring needs.  Facilitates workouts and if necessary in obtaining judgment liens, receiverships and in taking related strategic steps to secure collateral.  The Firm also offers a wide variety of special services for out of area law firms and lenders, including local representation for local foreclosure sales and for assisting with local filings. 
• Businesses:  Provides counsel on corporate business matters including, sales, acquisitions, corporate financing, formation and join venture arrangements.
• State Agencies:  Represents Colleges and Universities with their real estate needs, including eminent domain.
• Individuals and Families:  Provides counsel for individuals and family needs related to trusts and estate planning and business succession.
