Michael is a senior associate with the firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of professional and corporate law, labor and employment law, and employee benefits.  Michael is certified as a specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the Ohio State Bar Association.

A graduate of Central Catholic High School, he received his undergraduate degree in history and political science from John Carroll University where he graduated magna cum laude. Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and also received a Masters Degree in Educational Policy from The Ohio State University while attending law school.

Michael was a member of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, and was a recipient of the 2003-2004 Editor’s Award for Significant Contributions to the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, as well as serving as Symposium Editor.

The Canton native is a member of the Ohio State and Stark County Bar Associations. He also serves on the Northeast Ohio Labor Management Board of Directors, serves on the Board of Directors of Pathway Caring for Children and donates his time to various non-profit organizations including the Stark Community Foundation and the Boy Scouts of America. Michael is also a graduate of the 21st Class of Leadership Stark County and has been named one of "Ohio Rising Stars" 2010 by Cincinnati Magazine Ohio Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition and superlawyers.com (top lawyers under 40).

Michael resides in Canton with his wife Ann, and sons, Dominic and Joseph.
