The firm announces the following new director has joined the firm:
Dianne Blocker Braun has joined the firm after practicing with another area law firm. Ms. Braun received her B.A. degree with honors from Indiana University and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law. Ms. Braun provides counsel to families, individuals and closely held businesses in areas such as: planning and administration for estates and trusts, general business, and business succession planning.
The firm announces the following recent elections have taken place:
Jennifer L. Lile has recently been promoted and elected to a director. Her practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, probate law, special needs planning, and elder law. Mrs. Lile graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University with a B.S. Degree, and graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. She serves as secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter, and is a member of the Special Needs Alliance.
Matthew P. Mullen has been elected to the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the firm. Mr. Mullen, a director, is co-chairman of the firm’s Litigation Section and his practice is concentrated in the areas of litigation, business law, construction law, and insurance law. Mr. Mullen attended college and law school at the University of Akron and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, in addition to Ohio. He joins Managing Director, Terry A. Moore, and directors Randall C. Hunt, James F. Contini, II, and John Tucker, who also serve as members of the Management Committee.

Laura A. Brady is an associate attorney; her practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, healthcare, general corporate law and employee benefits. Valedictorian of her class at Central Catholic High School, Canton, Ms. Brady received her B.A. Degree from the University of Notre Dame magna cum laude and attained her Juris Doctorate summa cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law.
Kristen L. Pederzolli is an associate attorney; her practice is focused in the areas of litigation and labor and employment. Ms. Pederzolli was valedictorian of her class at St. Thomas Aquinas, and graduated cum laude from Miami University with a B.S. Degree. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she graduated cum laude.
The firm announces the following attorney has received certification as a specialist in Labor & Employment Law by the Ohio State Bar Association:
Michael J. Bogdan is a senior associate attorney; his practice is focused primarily in the areas of professional and corporate law, labor and employment law, and employee benefits. A graduate of Central Catholic High School, he received his undergraduate degree in history and political science from John Carroll University where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Bodgan earned his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and also received a Masters Degree in Educational Policy from The Ohio State University while attending law school.
