Krugliak Wilkins recognizes the importance of any organization’s human resources and understands the opportunities and challenges of managing those human resources within the complicated web of federal and state laws and regulations; our firm represents employers in employment matters.  We have multiple attorneys, who have represented both private and public organizations, with experience in all aspects of employment and labor representation. This representation includes defense of all types of employment-related litigation, including Wrongful Discharge, ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FLSA, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Defamation and other claims raised in employment cases, in both the state and federal courts, as well as the EEOC, OCRC, and OSHA. In addition, we provide counsel and advice to clients on all issues relating to employment planning, layoffs, discipline, terminations, sexual harassment, FMLA and discrimination.

Our attorneys are actively involved in public and private sector workplaces that have union employees and non-union employees. We have extensive experience guiding these organizations and providing support with negotiating contracts, grievance management, arbitrations, and union organizing campaigns.
