In a growing and increasingly complex healthcare industry, our health care law practice group works hospital and physician clients on developing innovative ways of increasing and maintaining revenue, addressing employment and ownership issues, and ensuring compliance with ever-changing Stark and Anti-Kickback self-referral laws and HIPAA privacy laws, including the preparation of Fraud and Abuse, and HIPAA Compliance Plans.  We also advise and counsel physicians on the formation and operation of professional practices, including managed care arrangements, preferred provider agreements, referral relationships, employment contracts and independent contractor agreements.
