The Real Estate Section supports our clients by providing sound legal advice in relation to residential, commercial and industrial transactions and property development. We assist our clients in all aspects of the transaction, from the drafting of simple residential purchase agreements to negotiating complex lease agreements for multi-tenant commercial facilities.  We represent individual buyers and sellers, developers, contractors, real estate brokers, and lenders in all aspects of transactions ranging from the sale and purchase of single-family residences and condominiums to large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Our attorneys have significant experience in negotiating and closing transactions under advantageous financing, liability and tax structures. Our attorneys represent clients in eminent domain, zoning and construction projects and litigation. Our attorneys also represent individuals and companies challenging their property values before various County Boards of Revision and have experience before the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court relating to property valuation challenges.

Krugliak also has its own title company, Alpha Land Title Agency, Inc., which can serve all of your title and closing needs.  Alpha is staffed by 2 licensed underwriters who handle everything from simple residential transactions to complex commercial deals.  The Real Estate Section oversees Alpha’s operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. 

We represent several public entities involving the use of Tax Increment Financing Districts and Joint Economic Development Districts to create funds for infrastructure improvements and have experience working on issues relating to the land acquisition, design, funding and construction of county roadway and interstate highway projects.
