Not-for-profit and tax-exempt entities present a different and unique set of legal issues. The Non Profit/Tax Exempt Section at KWGD has an impressive amount of experience in the creation, merger and consolidation of non-profit corporations and tax exempt entities. In addition, we provide legal direction in non-profit corporate governance as well as the maintenance of tax-exempt status. Members of the KWGD Non Profit/Tax Exempt Section also interact with our Labor/Employment Section to deal with the ever-changing employment needs of non-profits as well as the Employee Benefits Section to address pension, health issues and other benefit considerations.
