Our attorneys have extensive experience representing employers before the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and at all levels of Industrial Commission administrative hearings. Our attorneys aggressively defend our employer clients on all claims issues, including allowances, compensation, and treatment. We also defend workers’ compensation claims at the trial court and appellate court levels. Our workers’ compensation practice also involves representing employers on issues relating to workers’ compensation coverage, premium, and payroll disputes with the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. In addition, we serve as in-house consultants to employers to offer and develop safety and workers’ compensation programs to allow our clients to reduce cost and exposure in their workers’ compensation programs. We counsel and represent employers to reduce or eliminate exposure during safety inspections and investigations regarding traumatic accidents and the defense of VSSR claims and intentional tort suits.
