The Aerospace Law Section, headed by Attorney John B. Schomer, understands the complex nature of legal matters and regulatory issues associated with businesses in the aerospace and related industries.  We provide counsel across all major practice areas, including but not limited to:  litigation, corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, supply chain, tax, workers’ compensation and labor and employment law. Our mergers and acquisitions group focuses on the purchase and sale of new and existing businesses, as well as the purchase and sale of assets or divisions of continuing business entities. We have extensive experience in all areas of mergers and acquisitions, including negotiations, preparation of documents, due diligence review, financing and commercial law.
