Banking Law
We extensively represent financial institutions in such areas as commercial lending, transactional matters, creditor/debtor relationships, secured transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, debt restructuring and workouts, and consumer credit documentation and compliance.
Our firm has, for the past twenty-five years, been very actively involved in the representation of a number of financial institutions and has maintained a high level of expertise in that area. We have developed expertise both in regulatory law and in commercial and residential lending law, financing, secured transactions, foreclosures, creditor's rights and bankruptcy law, and in virtually every other aspect of bank and financial institution representation.
We have been instrumental with financial institutions in setting up in-house procedures that have increased the client's efficiency of operation and, in fact reduced legal expense.
