William G. Williams, Esq.
Attorney Williams chairs the Oil, Gas and Minerals Law Practice Section and is heavily involved in mergers, acquisitions, gas transportation contracts, rights of way and litigation for oil and gas producers as well as the negotiation of Utica Shale oil and gas lease agreements and assignments and sublease of Utica Shale rights.
Dean A. Swift, Esq.
Attorney Swift brings a wealth of experience to KWGD’s Oil, Gas and Minerals Law Practice Group. He has served as General Counsel and Secretary of North Coast Energy, Inc., in Twinsburg, Ohio and was Counsel of Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation in Traverse City, Michigan. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced privately, working primarily with clients in the oil and gas industry. He has been a speaker for the Eastern Mineral Law Foundation, Petroleum Development Institute, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Association of Petroleum Landmen.
Edward V. Buehrle, Esq.
Attorney Buehrle provides counsel to operators and landowners involving negotiation of Oil and Gas Leases and pipeline Right of Ways.
Gregory W. Watts, Esq.
Attorney Watts' practice focuses on oil, gas and mineral law, general corporate law, and litigation. He has been heavily involved in Utica Shale play in Northeastern Ohio representing clients and counseling energy producers in due diligence associated with mineral and lease acquisitions, reviewing titles and abstracts, and litigating and resolving title and lease disputes.
Jacqueline Bollas Caldwell, Esq.
Attorney Caldwell works in KWGD’s Environmental Section and has been actively involved in assisting producers in responding to Section 308 information requests/subpoenas from the United States EPA as well as assisting producers in defending claims asserted by the United States Army Corp of Engineers, Ohio EPA and/or involving the United States EPA.
