If you or your spouse served in the military, you could be eligible for certain veteran's benefits, including a special pension from the Veteran's Administration called Aid & Attendance. This benefit can assist you in paying for medical expenses if those expenses exceed your monthly income.
We can assist you in determining whether you could be eligible for Aid & Attendance based upon your service, or your spouse's service, to our country. If the period of time during which you or your spouse served in the military would qualify you for this pension, we can assist you with a plan designed to achieve eligibility for this benefit. This planning can be coordinated with Medicaid Planning, if necessary.
