Our tax practice included the following broad areas of taxation: tax planning in structuring business entity formation; reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures leveraged buyouts; compensation planning for employers and individuals;tax planning for corporations, including the implementation of qualified plans, welfare benefit plans and deferred compensation arrangements which are integrated with an individual shareholder’s income and estate planning objectives; tax planning for individuals; tax compliance and dispute resolution, including audits, appeals, and litigation.
