KWGD is pleased to welcome director Nathan G. Haskell to the firm’s Hudson office. A member of the Business/Corporate Practice Group, Mr. Haskell brings more than 15 years of experience representing businesses of all sizes and life stages, including small and middle market businesses, real estate investors, private equity firms, publicly-traded companies, and nonprofit organizations. The focus of his practice is assisting clients who seek to complete an acquisition or sale of an enterprise, or raise capital in a private offering. Prior to law school, the Northeast Ohio native was a music teacher and freelance musician, performing classical trumpet repertoire as well as jazz, latin jazz, salsa, and other musical styles in venues throughout the region.
Mr. Haskell serves on the Board of Directors for The Roberto Ocasio Foundation and is a member of the Northern Medina County Chamber Alliance. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his B.A. in Music Education from Baldwin Wallace College – Conservatory of Music.
