Ed is a director and shareholder and practices out of the firm’s Summit County office located in Hudson, Ohio.  Ed counsels large and small business clients and individuals with structuring and executing all of their real estate and related financial transactions —- Real estate is a significant part of a company’s or individual’s balance sheet and should be protected –whether a lease, purchase agreement, entity formation, partnership agreements, investment, development, financing etc…..They are all inter-connected——  While Ed has substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, he also has significant experience in advising company leadership on a wide variety of business transactions and related agreements and then assembling the necessary firm expertise to best represent the client’s needs on a case by case basis. Ed sees most areas of business law as closely interrelated, vast and complex and to be effective, a good business attorney needs to ask the right questions on the front end for early identification of the issues and areas of law involved and then map out a plan for the client. This is really what clients want from their outside counsel, to be presented with an array of relevant options and a suggested path forward, no matter what area of law involved. This is what Ed tries to accomplish for his clients.
