Terry, a native of Canton, Ohio, served on the Management Committee for 25 years and as the Managing Director of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. for 19 years. During his tenure, the law firm grew from 24 to more than 50 attorneys.

Professional Experience
- Represents small and medium-sized corporations, including commercial real estate developers, manufacturing companies, and professional service firms.
- Supervises and manages major commercial litigation for clients, including the largest defamation verdict in Ohio history of $36,500,000.00 for Gibson Bakery v. Oberlin College in 2019. In 2010 he represented a prominent family in Naples, Florida, recovering a $24,200,000 verdict for the misappropriation of tax benefits in a federal court case in Oklahoma City. These two awards both qualified for the prestigious Top 100 Awards in the nation for 2010 and 2019, respectively.
- Serves on numerous advisory boards and on the board of directors for several businesses in Stark County, including a publicly traded financial institution, Famers National Bank in Canfield, Ohio.
