For midsize to large employers (with more than 50 employees) one of the most difficult regulations with which to comply is the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The road to FMLA compliance with FMLA’s regulations is inflexible, challenging and filled with potential wrong turns and potholes any of which could leave your company open to costly lawsuits. In this interactive three-hour training and workshop, we will take a deep and detailed dive into the subtleties of FMLA and its many requirements. We will work together to learn the best solutions by examining different circumstances that could arise as you attempt to keep your organization compliant. You will grow your skillset, gain understanding, and walk away with tools and resources that you can use.
