The IAPP, designating CIPP/US status, is the largest and most comprehensive global information privacy community and resource, helping practitioners develop and advance their careers, and organizations manage and protect their data.
Ms. Cole, a Director at the firm, authors articles and is a frequent speaker to community groups regarding workplace privacy issues, including drafting security and privacy policies, analyzing cyber insurance policies, and managing data incidents. She focuses her practice in developing user-friendly contracts customized for her clients’ business operations and risk profile. In addition, she also has experience in developing new compliance programs and in auditing existing programs to proactively work with clients in improving corporate policies, processes and training.
