Ms. Cole, a Director at the firm, authors articles and is a frequent speaker to community groups regarding workplace privacy issues, including drafting security and privacy policies, analyzing cyber insurance policies, and managing data incidents. She focuses her practice in developing user-friendly contracts customized for her clients’ business operations and risk profile.
