Joseph J. Pasquarella concentrates his practice on all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. His litigation practice includes contract disputes and residential and commercial real estate disputes. His transactional practice includes all types of oil, gas, and mineral agreements and residential and commercial real estate agreements. Pasquarella, a member of the Appellate Law, Litigation Practice and Oil, Gas & Mineral Law Sections, earned his J. D. from Capital University Law School and his B. A. Degree from Kent State University.
James M. Williams concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation, including routine state and federal court practice in asset purchase disputes, appellate advocacy, employment disputes, products-liability defense, probate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and employer Workers’ Compensation appeals. Williams, a member of the Litigation Practice, Appellate Law, and Bankruptcy Law Sections, earned his J.D. cum laude from Case Western University School of Law and his B.A. Degree from Ohio University.
