The Seventh District Court of Appeals scheduled Oral Arguments in the case of Hupp, et al. v. Beck Energy (case nos. 13 MO 2, 13 MO 6, 13 MO 3, and 13 MO 11) for Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. The Oral Arguments will be held at the Seventh District Court of Appeals Courthouse at 131 W. Federal Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503. Attorney Scott M. Zurakowski, of KWGD, will argue before the Court on behalf of Beck Energy Corporation.
